Let's have calorie-reduced meals!

Eating much fast food is bad for our health because it has too much calories. So it is not good to diet. We often choose low-calorie foods worring about calories but we can't have a feeling of fullness.
I am going to introduce about some points when we eat fast foods.

Distinguish law calorie food!
  • Choose the food used a lot of vegetables
  • Deep flied food, cheese, mayonnaise, sause, dressing=high calory!
  • Pay attention to drinks!(Choose a drink like a noncalory tea or jasmin tea)
  • Endure the dessert!
